Two more people have been diagnosed with anthrax in the town of Konya and were taken to the local hospital immediately on Thursday. Two other men are currently in hospital being treated for the virus; a shepherd M.Ali Guner, 26, and another person who works in municipal slaughterhouse, Sukru Can, 42. The two men from Ilgin, have been under medical treatment in hospital for 15 days, health officials said.

Officials at Konya State Hospital said that the two men were not in danger, however, if the disease is not treated quickly it could kill the patients.
