The military prosecutor who reviewed the land registry records, found out that former Secretary General of the National Security Board Tuncer Kilinc and the daughter of ccontractor Osman Ozmen bought their homes on the same day. Ali Ozman had lent 150 thousand dollars to retired General Tuncer Kilinc to buy this home.

His investigation made the prosecutor find out about interesting links between the contractor and the general. The day when the General bought his home, the contractor bought a home for his daughter in the same condominuem.    

Ozmen is standing trial at the moment for the embezzlement of 118.6 trillion TL in the construction of the Special Forces buildings in Golbasi, Ankara.

The prosecutor founo out that the same notary was used by the contractor and the general to register the homes and that the notary had come to the office of General kilinc, to carry out the procedures.

 Meanwhile, Retired Colonel Cavit Calis, one of the attorneys of contractor Ozmen, was found out to be a member of the tender commission of the Special Forces and had given his consent to the increase of the construction price to be paid to the contractor.  The price of the construction which was estimated at 850 billion TL had been raised by 280 % by the Commission.
