The first case about Demirel who is being listened on the grounds of holding a gun to the head of TMSF (Saving Insurance Deposit Fund) officer and keeping him for 45 minutes, was held yesterday. The court decided to record Demirel's Testimony when he enters Turkey.
The indictment about Demirel for threatening freedom was prepared on 27 December 2004 and sent to Istanbul 14th Principal Fine Court.

The court decided 'out charge' because a gun was used by the suspect. In the decision 8 to 12 years of heavy imprisonment for Demirel was demanded.
