Contractor Ali Osman Ozmen who is being tried on charges of embezzlement in a tender of Special Forces, announced that he lent 150 thousand dollars to General Tuncer Kilinc, the Secretary General of the National Security Board.

He said at court that "Tuncer Kilinc Pasha whom I call as elder brother told me that he wanted to buy a home but could not sell his home at Çayyolu. He told me that "Ali Osman you shall either buy this home or sell it and give the remaining part to me.

"At the beginning I hesitated. I did not want to buy the home or mediate in its sale. Then my General said to me that "Ali Osman can I borrow 50 thousand Dollars from you?" So I gave him 150 thousand dollars as a debt. He called his service officer and we took the minutes."
