Prosecutor: Is cigar a code ? Kozinoglu : No, I like cigar

The case of the escape of Çakıcı from Turkey will begin in Istanbul in February. Meanwhile, an interesting dialogue of cigar between the defendants of the case Kaşif Kozanoglu and contractor Hakkı Süha ?en was revealed. The prosecutor got suspicious about the dialogue and asked if the cigar was a code or not, Kozinoglu said "No I like cigar."

In the escape investigation, Ka?if Kozinoglu, the Assistant President of MIT's (National Intelligence Organisation) foreign connections department, was listened as witness.

The escape process ıf Cakici abroad started after contractor Hakki Suha Sen talked on the phone with then-Appeals Court President Eraslan Ozkaya on 26 April 2004. The High Court did not produce a ruling in favor of Cakici in the case where he ordered a raid on 15 people in a sports club. Just when the dossier was to be posted.

And Cakici faced detention, Contractor Sen called the court's President Ozkaya and then called Cakici warning him to take his cautions. Three weeks later Cakici fled Turkey on May 3.
