The Black List of bank included about 110 thousand people. The majority of those in the list are the ones who owe money over their credit cards. The number of the ones in the list reached up to 468 thousand at the end of October.

Data of the Central Bank showed that 107 thousand 608 individuals were incluoded to the January-October periods regarding negative consumer behavior.

89.743 people were included to the black list of ten months for failing to make their payments in due time. The high number of the credit card users is attributable to the high interest rates on these cards and the dangerous spreading of credit cards among the consumers.
