Suspicious plot, which was purchased by Primary School Teachers Health and Social Aid Bank (ILKSAN) for its members in Pendik, Istanbul years ago, brought again problem to ILKSAN. ILKSAN, whose administrators purchasing the plot had been tried, has this time a case against its attorney-at-law.
Yilmazcan, who claimed that he caused ILKSAN to acquire the land of 3 thousand 300 (dönüm) in Pendik, found 2 trillion 523 billion TL attorney fee little and said that he would appeal the case.
Yilmazcan said, "It was a hopeless case. Nobody believed that the plot purchased suspiciously would be caused to be acquired by ILKSAN again. I succeeded. The value of the plot at the moment is 1 quadrillion TL. I demand 200 trillion TL. My right cannot be measured with trillions."
