Straw We May Start Immediately Coming to Ankara for a working visit, British Foreign Secretary Jack Straw gave the good news that the negotiations could be launched at the first half of 2005. Straw gave the following message to Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul with whom he met yesterday at breakfast: people of Luxembourg told us that they wished to launch the negotiations with Turkey during their own term presidency. |
