Moreover, it reads that in the foreign policy, the position of Turkey neighbouring the Middle East, the Caucasia and the Central Asia would carry great significance.
In its report including the impact of Turkey's membership to the EU, the EU Commission maintained that this membership would bring important opportunity and benefit to both sides. In the report, it was stressed that Turkey's EU membership would be beneficial also for the economies of both sides and would provide important opportunities.
