Islamic Turkey Index Was Founded

U.S. Stock Exchange institution Dow Jones founded this time the index of Islamic Turkey after Turkey Titan 20. Tofas, Ford Otosan, Eregli Iron and Steel Inc. (Erdemir), Ulker and Arcelik were taken under the first five of the index, which is entitled "Dow Jones Islamic Market Turkey."

The names of other 12 companies were not announced. The pork and alcohol control was carried out in the index, which is composed of 17 companies.

The companies taking place in the index, which has a market value of 4.2 billion dollars, were informed of the situation after the announcement. Lars Hamich, the administrator of Dow Jones, said that they did not have an obligation to inform.
