The Turkish Penal Code motion, which was suspended due to adultery provision, was legislated yesterday with the extraordinary session of Parliament after the promise given to the European Union.

The establishment of the Regional Courts of Justice and the amendment of the Civil Procedural Code, which were required to enter into effect simultaneously with the Turkish Penal Code, were also adopted.
