Later on, a bomb exploded at 15.15 in a municipal bus, in front of the Capa Blood Center, in Istanbul. 3 people and the bomber were killed and 20 were wounded, in the blast. The program of U.S. President Bush has not changed, after the raids.

Expert teams launched observations in site. A high-ranking Security official said that the blast was neither a “living bomb action” nor “action in a bus”; but it was bound to be carried somewhere else. The official said that they suspected of the Marxist Leninist Communist Party. The blast allegedly occurred after three people had got off the bus.
