The President of the Savings Deposit and Insurance Fund (TMSF) reacted at Erol Aksoy who claimed that a 500 % interest rate was charged on his debts, that 500 % interest was the burden of Aksoy to the budget of the state.

TMSF confiscated 38 firms of Aksoy on grounds that he did not make any proposal on paying his debts amounting to 850 million dollars. A high-ranking official from TMSF said that Aksoy owed 1.6 billion dollars with standard interests, to the Fund.
