The answer of the question which has occupied the back stages of the Foreign Ministry for months, was found. The new undersecretary, the new boss of the Ministry’s bureaucracy has been Ambassador Ali Tuygan.

Whom Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul will choose was wondered for a while. It was almost certain that Ali Tuygan, Deputy Undersecretary of Middle East, Asia and Africa Department, would be sent to the NATO Permanent Delegation.
