Duke of York, Prince Andrew of Britain who will visit Turkey today said that Turkey could be a bridge between the West and the East. Andrew said; I want to encourage Turkish people for the efforts which they exerted over the reforms. The economic and political integration of Turkey to the European Union (EU) is important for Turkey, Britain and EU.

Prince Anrdrew said that he was impressed by the dynamic structure of the Turkish private sector and that, further British investments would come in case the foreign capital climate and the legal framework were ameliorated and transparency was increased.
