While his CHP was regarded as being a failure in Sunday’s polls, CHP leader Baykal told a press conference on Monday that the votes of his party must be compared with the previous elections.

Comparing the votes of CHP at the election of the Province General Assembly, Baykal said that “In the previous local elections, CHP got 11.8 % of the votes. We got 18.2 % of the votes, yesterday. CHP’S votes grew!”
