Denktaş: It is the Greek Cypriot Train That is Missing
The speech of TRNC President Denktaş in the Ankara Trade Chamber turned into a rally. In his address, Denktas said that the Annan Plan meant the destruction of Turkish Cypriots and a solution until May 1 was not possible. "No one can make us enter EU with guns anr barrels" he said. 
Family of Martyred Pilot Petitions to ECHR Against Athens
The family of a Captain who was killed in a dog fight in the Aegean Sea, sued Athens, at the European Court for Human Rights. Pilot Captain Nail Erdogan was killed in a F-16 during the flight over the Aegean on 8 October 1996. The petition of his family to the ECHR has been accepted by the court. The family of Erdogan demanded 625 thousand Euro as compensation and 4 million Euro to find the body of the young man. Nail Erdogan was killed in a dog fight with Greek fighters while Lit.Colonel Osman Cilekli survived. 
Generals Attend Meeting Full Fledged
All the commanders of the Turkish Armed Forces TSK were present in the meeting organized to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Khalifa regime in Turkey. The meeting was organized by the Kemalist Thought Association KDD with the support of 8 universities, 7 trade unions and NGOs , but ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) was not among those invited. 
Denktas Might Withdraw from Talks
Turkish Cypriot leader Rauf Denktas tends to desert the negotiation table, as no progress has been recorded in his talks with Greek Cypriot leader Tasos Papadopulous.

Earthquake in Bingol

British Foreign Secretary Jack Straw said that if the Greek Cypriot section entered EU alone, they will be representing the Southern section of Cyprus. 
Political Will Initiative by Ankara
Ankara conveyed to U.S. the disturbance she felt over the time-taking tactics of Greek Cypriots in the talks in Lefkosa and proposed a “Political will” method to solve the deadlock. U.S. Cyprus Representative Weston was told that, it would be appropriate to have the guarantor countries be represented at the four-way Cyprus talks, at the level of foreign minister and prime minister.  
Aycell and Aria Can not Divorce
TT&TIM which emerged from the merger of GSM companies Aycell and Aria, took over a loss of 1.3 quadrillion TL. According to the merger contract, the shareholders are prohibited to transfer over their shares within 3.5 years following the establishment of the company.
