Historical visit
41 years after the European Union signed the Ankara agreement for Turkey's membership perspective, the President of the European Commission, Romano Prodi arrived in Ankara today. In his visit, Prodi is accompanied by Commissioner for Enlargement, Gunther Verheugen. |
