A warrant of arrest was issued for Kemal and Yavuz Uzan in the absentia of them on the basis of the Imar Bank case.

Mustafa Akar, General Manager of Merkez Investment, and his three friends, who were sought within the framework of the Imar Bank investigation, surrendered on Wednesday. Therefore 20 people out of 26, who are sought by the police, have been found. The remaining 6, four of whom are from the Uzan family, are still being sought and a warrant of arrest was issued for Kemal and Yavuz Uzan in the absentia of them. 9 people out of the surrendered 20 were released.
