Sisli Public Prosecutor’s Office appealed to continue the Imar bank investigation within the framework of the law no 4422, which is known as the gang law.

The developments giving way to such a decision include, retroactive modifications on the records of the Imar Bank made by the Uzan family; the device, which modifies sounds and images, found on the assistant of Hakan Uzan; a lot of spy-cams bought by the Uzan companies; and disclosure of the fact that three specialists resigned from Istanbul Security Directorate and started to work for Telsim for 2 thousand dollars each.
