Gul: Now It Is Time For Implementation
Justice Minister Cemil Cicek thanked to CHP deputies and said, “Now we should prepare a Constitution that suits the needs of the day.” Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul said that the government and Parliament did what they could, in terms of harmonization, and, “Now it is time for implementation.” Gul said that Turkey was determined not to miss the opportunity that the year 2004 would bring.”
