Turkey signed a special security agreement with the Quebec State Government 5 thousand Turkish people living in the Canadian Quebec State.

Under this agreement, the citizens of the two countries will be treated equally in terms of social security rights and responsibilities and therefore the rights of Turkish people living in Quebec related with retirement, old age and death insurances were ensured. The international agreement signed between the two governments was forwarded to Parliament.
