The other arrangements include:
* In case of a necessity, it will be possible to open worshipping places like mosque, church and synagogue in the storeys of the buildings by making the necessary spatial arrangements.
* The 8th article of the Anti-Terror Law will be removed.
* The juridical records of those whose suits dropped in the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) will be directly erased.
* International observers, officially invited by Turkey, will be able to monitor elections.
* The authority of the High Election Board (YSK) to temporarily close down TV-channels will be limited. YSK will warn the radio and TV-channels and ask for apologize instead of shutting down broadcast.
* Broadcast of every type of news, interviews, polls and mini referendums will be banned in the final 24 hours before elections.
* The 6-month period, which was previously given to minority foundations in Turkey to register their immovable, will be prolonged to 18 months.
