Flow to Turkey's border
People in Northern Iraq started fleeing to the Turkish border, while the war looms. The first flow of refugees from Kirkuk and Mosil, arrived to Duhok. About ten thousand people are reportedly headed towards Hakkari. |

The package prepared by Education Minister Erkan Mumcu for the reform in the higher education removes the lecture of “Principles of Ataturk”, which has been thought compulsorily for 22 years in all of the programs in universities at least for two semesters, from the obligatory courses. |
